Hi. I'm Gwyn Snyder.

I'm a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and founder of Matryx Virtual Weight and Hormone Health.


With over 20 years of healthcare experience, I created Matryx to practice a different kind of medicine—one that prioritizes listening, education, and truly individualized care.


In traditional settings, time is limited. But better outcomes result from taking the time to understand the full picture, involving patients in decisions, and providing clear, meaningful guidance. Matryx was built to support that deeper level of care.
